	I get "INVALID LOG ERROR" or "INCORRECT FILE" Unlock Server ?

Solution You either uploaded the wrong file or Uploaded an Invalid
Log File (.UIF File)

Please insure the following are followed in order to correct
this:

• Please make sure the sim card is in the phone and that the
phone is fully booted and is at the screen requesting the
unlock code before attempting to read it
• Please make sure that active sync is fully loaded before
attempting to read the phone.
• If your simcard has a sim PIN on it, please make sure you
remove the sim PIN before attempting to read your phone
• Please make sure you are using an activated simcard (Any
activated simcard besides the one the phone is locked to
will do)

Most importantly DO NO OPEN THE LOG FILE AFTER IT IS GENERATED.

After correcting the above, please generate a new log file
and re-upload it using our unlock server page.
