	I downloaded my unlock kit, But it's in a format my computer does not recongize ? What is a RAR file ?

Solution RAR files are like ZIP files, they are archive files.
If you have Windows XP then simply double click on the file
you download and extract all files to any directory of your
choosing.
If you have any other operating system then you need to
download a FREE tool called WINRAR. It can be downloaded
from http://www.gsmliberty.com/winrar.exe
