 How to Enter Blackberry MEP Unlock Codes
Solution Following are instruction on how to enter Blackberry unlock codes once received. If you do not yet have one, then click here to get an unlock code for your Blackberry


Blackberry Unlock Code Entry Instructions

Please Note:
Dialing correct MEP unlock code in BlackBerry phones is limited to 10 attempts. Number of attempts on each phone will appear on the MEP code entry screen. If all BlackBerry MEP code entry permissions are used, phone will permanently block. Make sure not to use all attempts on your phone.

UNLOCK CODE TO USE

If your phone is locked to T-mobile USA and you receive an unlock code from GSMliberty in the following format:

NEW SECURITY: 1234567890123456, 1234567890123456, 1234567890123456- 
OTHER CODES: 6543210123456789, 1234567890123456, 1234567890123456, 1234567890123456

The first code under OTHER CODES,  6543210123456789, is the code to use.

If your phone is locked to AT&T/Cingular USA and you receive an unlock code from GSMliberty in the following format:
PREFERRED: 8424293492915707 - 
NEW SECURITY: 3084744734433700, 0669812551854322, 8525504730496982

The PREFERRED code is the unlock code to use.

If your phone is locked to Verizon, and you receive the unlock codes in the format below:
New Security: 98311240 - 
Other Codes: 1617648100450273, 3822350201886619
1- If your phone model is a BB 9530,  the FIRST 16 digit code under OTHER CODES will be the unlock code
2- All other models, the only 8 digit code is the unlock code to use

If you receive an unlock code from GSMliberty in the following format. The unlock code to use is the NCK code only.
SIM Code ...: 16 or 8 digit code .. MEP1 
NCK Code ...: 16 or 8 digit code.. MEP2 
Subset Code : 16 or 8 digit code.. MEP3 
Prov Code ..: 16 or 8 digit code.. MEP4 
Corp Code ..: 16 or 8 digit code.. MEP5

How to etner unlock code on BlackBerry Torch 9800
1- Power phone on with a non-accepted SIM card (a sim card that is not from the same network the phone is locked to)
2- Phone will indicate it is locked, select Yes to proceed to the unlock menu
2- Phone will request the MEP unlock code
3- Dial in the unlock code and press OK (DO NOT USE ALL ATTEMPTS GIVEN. IF YOU HAVE 1 MORE ATTEMPT LEFT DO CONTACT US FIRST)
IF CODE ERROR APPEARS, DO NOT USE THE SAME CODE AGAIN AND DO CONTACT US.

How to enter unlock code on BlackBerry 9530, 9550
1- Power phone on with SIM card (preferably SIM card from same provider phone is locked to)
2- Go to Manage Connections => Turn Off all connections
3- Go to Options Menu => Advanced Options => SIM Card
4- Press the Menu button , select Show Keyboard (landscape)
5- In the SIM card menu type MEPD or MEPPD, or hold down the SHIFT key & type MEPD, then release Shift, (no text will appear on screen while typing)
6- Unlocking level screen will appear, showing status of the Network
7- Type MEP2 or MEPP2 (no text will appear on screen while typing)
8- Code entry prompt will appear , 'Enter MEP Code'
9- Dial in unlock code, press Enter (DO NOT USE ALL ATTEMPTS GIVEN. IF YOU HAVE 1 MORE ATTEMPT LEFT DO CONTACT US FIRST)
10- Go back to the main screen , Manage Connections => Turn On Connections
IF CODE ERROR APPEARS, DO NOT USE THE SAME CODE AGAIN AND DO CONTACT US.

After the Blackberry 9530, 9550 unlock is complete, if you get the message "your call cannot be completed, contact customer care" , do the following:

1- Dial # # 000000 (Send)
2- In the Menu add your phone number, press on the MENU key and select save
3- The device will reboot and activate
Device must Auto-reboot to successfully complete procedure. Otherwise repeat steps again, allow phone to auto-reboot. Do not manually reboot phone.

How to set Blackberry 9530, 9550, 9630 Verizon to GSM Mode
1- Once phone reboots, Go to Options
2- Select Mobile Network
3- Select Network Technology => GSM
4- Select 3G&2G

How to enter unlock code on BlackBerry 8xxx & 9xxx models
1- Power phone on with ANY SIM card
2- Go to Manage Connections => Turn Off all connections
3- Go back to the main menu and select OPTIONS => ADVANCED OPTIONS => SIM card
4- While holding the SHIFT key, type MEPD or MEPPD
5- You should now see the five locking categories listed.
6- While holding the ALT KEY, type MEP2 or MEPP2.
7- You are now prompted to enter the Network MEP code (it will also state how many attempts left)
8 - Enter the code (DO NOT USE ALL ATTEMPTS GIVEN. IF YOU HAVE 1 MORE ATTEMPT LEFT DO CONTACT US FIRST)
9 - Enter Return/Enter
10 - The device is now unlocked
11- Go to Manage Connections => Turn ON all connections

How to enter unlock code on BlackBerry 9700 from Bell and Telus Canada
1- Power phone on with ANY SIM card
2- Go to Manage Connections => Turn Off all connections
3- Go back to the main menu and select OPTIONS => ADVANCED OPTIONS => SIM card
4- While holding the SHIFT key, type MEPD or MEPPD
5- You should now see the five locking categories listed.
6- While holding the ALT KEY, type MEP2 or MEPP2.
7- You are now prompted to enter the Network MEP code (it will also state how many attempts left)
8 - Enter the code (DO NOT USE ALL ATTEMPTS GIVEN. IF YOU HAVE 1 MORE ATTEMPT LEFT DO CONTACT US FIRST)
9 - Press Enter
10- Hold down the ALT KEY again, type MEP4 or MEPP4.
11- You are now prompted to enter the SP MEP code => Dial in the Provider Code given, MEP4 code => Press Enter

12 - The device is now unlocked
13- Go to Manage Connections => Turn ON all connections

How to set Blackberry 9530, 9550, 9630, 9700 Bell, Telus to GSM Mode
1- Once phone reboots, Go to Options
2- Select Mobile Network
3- Select Network Technology => GSM
4- Select 3G&2G


How to enter unlock code on BlackBerry 6xxx & 7xxx models
1- Power phone on with SIM card (preferably SIM card from same provider phone is locked to)
2- Go to Manage Connections => Turn Off all connections
3- Go back to the main menu and select SETTINGS =>  SIM card
4- While holding the SHIFT key, type MEPD or MEPPD
5- You should now see the five locking categories listed.
6- While holding the ALT KEY, type MEP2 or MEPP2.
7- You are now prompted to enter the Network MEP code (it will also state how many attempts left)
8 - Enter the code (DO NOT USE ALL ATTEMPTS GIVEN. IF YOU HAVE 1 MORE ATTEMPT LEFT DO CONTACT US FIRST)
9 - Enter Return/Enter
10 - The device is now unlocked
11- Go to Manage Connections => Turn ON all connections

How to enter unlock code on Vodafone Australia BlackBerry 8100, Blackberry 9100 3G
1- Power phone on with a non-Vodafone Australia SIM card
2- Go to Manage Connections => Turn Off all connections
3- Go to Options Menu => Advanced Options => SIM Card
4- Hold down the ALT key and type MEPT
5- MEP code entry prompt will appear
6- Dial unlock code and press enter (DO NOT USE ALL ATTEMPTS GIVEN. IF YOU HAVE 1 MORE ATTEMPT LEFT DO CONTACT US FIRST)
7- Reset the phone by pulling the battery
8- Power phone back ON and start using it
IF CODE ERROR APPEARS, DO NOT USE THE SAME CODE AGAIN AND DO CONTACT US.

How to enter unlock code on Blackberry 9100 3G
1- Power phone on with a non-accepted SIM card
2- Phone will request NETWORK or Service Provider code
3- Enter the matching code provided and press OK (DO NOT USE ALL ATTEMPTS GIVEN. IF YOU HAVE 1 MORE ATTEMPT LEFT DO CONTACT US FIRST)
IF CODE ERROR APPEARS, DO NOT USE THE SAME CODE AGAIN AND DO CONTACT US.

How to enter unlock code on BlackBerry 9900, 9930
1- Power phone on with any SIM card
2- Go to Manage Connections => Turn Off all connections
3- Go to Options Menu => Device => Advanced System Settings => SIM Card
4- Hold down the SHIFT key and type MEPD
5- You should now see the five locking categories listed.
6- While holding the ALT KEY, type MEP2 or MEPP2.
7- You are now prompted to enter the Network MEP code (it will also state how many attempts left)
8 - Enter the code (DO NOT USE ALL ATTEMPTS GIVEN. IF YOU HAVE 1 MORE ATTEMPT LEFT DO CONTACT US FIRST)
9 - Enter Return/Enter
10 - The device is now unlocked
11- Go to Manage Connections => Turn ON all connections
