 How do you send me the information/product ordered for unlocking my phone?
Solution Remote unlock products that involve software and codes, all products are delivered to the email address registered on your GSMliberty account.  Turnaround time is listed for each product in its description page. Most products are delivered automatically and instantly upon payment completion and verification.
 If you cannot locate the product ordered in your inbox ** Please check your junk mail folder **

Orders composed of cables, unlock clips, kits or any "Physical" product are delivered via "Snail mail".
Unless explicitly stated within the product description GSMliberty utilizes USPS service, estimated delivery time is 4-10 business days. Products that shipped via express mail are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or Fedex/UPS depending on service availability. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days for products shipped via express mail. Overnight shipments are presented where available .
